Measuring your own foot

1.) Put a piece of paper on a hard floor surface and stand on it bare footed.
2.) Mark the end of your heel and the tip of your longest toe on the paper.
3.) Measure the distance between the marks on the paper.
4.) Use the tables below to convert those measurements into USA shoe sizes. *
    *If your measurements fall between two sizes, move up to the next larger size.
