- DISCONTINUED items CAN NOT be exchanged or returned.
They are "All sales final."
- You must have an R.A. number for ALL returns prior to sending
them back. READ BELOW!
- No Returns on Clearance/discontinued items are allowed.
- International shipping is non-refundable
- Our descriptions are not 100% conclusive.
Please ask all questions prior to finalizing order.
- RA# are valid for 15 days from date of being
issued, RETURN WILL BE VOID AFTER 15 DAYS. |

1.) All DEFECTIVE shoes & boots are
subject to the following conditions. No exceptions.
- No returns are excepted if you do not contact us first.
- Defective shoes & boots will be replaced with the same size/style/color.
- FunkeFeet.com will cover 100% of all shipping costs on defective
returns.
- Excessively worn shoes/boots will be denied & you will be
responsible for the cost of having them sent back to you.
- You must notify us by e-mail with in 15 days of receiving merchandise
to get your Return Authorization number.
- Once you obtain the Return Authorization number,
you have 7 days to get the items back to us before we send you
replacement pair.
2.) All NON-DEFECTIVE shoes
& boots are subject to the following conditions. No exceptions.
- All non-defective returns & exchanges are subject
to a 15% restocking Fee
- All fees must be paid prior to receiving your returned merchandise.
- All Shipping is buyer's responsibility. Including shipping back
to you of the exchanged item.
- All returned items MUST BE IN MINT, NEW, UNWORN
condition in the original undamaged packaging. We will check thoroughly
for scuffs, odors (perfume, smoke, etc.), wear to the soles, etc.
. .etc. . .etc.
- You must notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving merchandise
to get your Return Authorization number.
- No returns are excepted if you do not contact us first.
- Once you obtain the Return Authorization number,
you have 7 days to get the items back to us.
- No cash refunds. Only FunkeFeet.com credit, or exchanges will
be given.
- Exchanges can be of different styles, colors and sizes.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted on worn shoes/boots.
> The turn-around for returns/exchanges is approximately
4-6 weeks.
> Returns made that do not meet the above terms will be lost.
Cancellation
Orders are processed daily. Therefore, once an order is confirmed
in transit to either us or you, they can not be canceled without
the restocking fee being imposed.
