| Why does it take so long to receive my shoes? FunkeFeet is an online shoe business and we only stock a few styles. After we receive payment for orders from our customers we place the order with our manufacturer. The orders are shipped to FunkeFeet in approximately 10 - 14 days. We then ship the order to you using 2 - 3 day priority mail or 4 - 7 day International airmail. |

with the manufacturer before I send my payment? No. Your order is placed in our database under "pending" until your payment arrives. After your payment arrives we place the order. If your payment is not received within 10 days and contact is not made, we automatically cancel the order. |

| What is a Money Order and where can I get one? A Money Order is a "guaranteed funds"check bought with cash at any Post Office, Convenient store or Western Union teller. Basically, it is a legal and safer way of sending cash in the mail system. They also provide the writer (you) with a proof of purchase. |

get one? A Cashiers Check is similar to a Money Order but are acquired through banks, convenient stores (i.e. 7-11), Grocery stores, etc. in exchange for cash. Some charge for this service, others do not. |

Order?" A "Back Order" is when the number of orders for a particular style exceeds the actual quantity available. In those cases, the manufacturer has to produce more product to fill those order. Styles can be on Back Order for as long as 60 days. |
